Easy Maintenance of Stage Lighting

Every wonderful concert, every successful meeting, every touching evening, even in a small KTV room, there are the heroes behind the scenes, one of them is stage lighting. Learn some common sense of maintenance of the stage lighting ,very easy to quickly check and repair!

1、Checking sequence when the device housing has a charging phenomenon

The equipment casing is charged → the power supply line is damaged or not→ the line phase is correct or not→ the equipment grounding is correct or not → the voltage is correct or not.

2、Out of control of the light

The light is out of control → The program of the controller is correct or not → The address code of the lamp is correct or not→ The connection of the control line is correct or not → The shielding of the control line is bad or interfered or not→ The adjustment of the limit of the lamp is appropriate or not→ The contact of the light supply switch is good or not.

3、The lamp of the computer light is often damaged (750 hours)

The bulb is easy to be broken → Is the installation secure and contaminated with dust and moisture → Whether the bulb is well cooled → Is the voltage normal →Whether the power switch is frequent.

4、Video image is not normal

The video image is abnormal → the program format is correct or not→ whether the device casing is charged → whether the signal shielding is affected by high level → whether the projection tube is normal → whether the performance of the liquid crystal projection lamp is poor.
